Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is a practice of exploring one's spirituality and spiritual life with someone who will listen deeply and support your journey. While we often use the term "Spiritual Director" to describe the role of the person listening, they are less of a director and more of partner in exploration. Kimble brings an interreligious and contemplative approach to spiritual direction. You need not be "religious" to benefit from this process. Kimble is a Certified Spiritual Director and a member of Spiritual Directors International. |
While everyone's process is different, common areas of exploration include:
- Exploring One's Spiritual Journey or Path
- Spiritual or Vocational discernment
- Exploring or Deepening Spiritual Practices
- Spiritual Concerns or Questions
